Kate Middleton pregnant: Rare morning sickness hyperemesis gravidarum explained

THE Duchess of Cambridge has announced she is expecting her second child today and it's emerged that once again she's suffering from a severe vomiting disorder

Clarence House has announced today that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting her second child.
However, Kate's baby joy has been tainted by news that she is once again suffering with morning sickness so severe, it has it's own name: hyperemesis gravidarum.
The 32-year-old suffered with the vomiting condition during her first pregnancy with Prince George in 2012.
Kate became so ill that she was admitted to hospital and the Palace was forced to announce that she was expecting the heir to throne despite being just weeks into her pregnancy.
While sickness in pregnancy is not uncommon little is known about this particularly debilitating condition.
Here, Robyn Coetzee, specialist dietitian at London Bridge Hospital, explains what symptoms to look out for, what to do if you think you're at risk and tips on how to treat it.
